Step by step I have emerged from the shrouds of addiction, sexual trauma, spiritual abuse, poverty consciousness, internalized misogyny and self sacrifice.
To now inhabit the safety and freedom to stop working so hard to be good. Or get it right.
And just BE Me.

My work with clients draws upon multiple maps, lineages, schools of thought and traditions I have studied over the last 30+ years working as a licensed clinical social worker and spiritual and transformational guide.
My approach is holistic and multidimensional.
Recognizing the emotional, somatic, spiritual, psychological, energetic and ancestral components of each person’s unique challenge and desire.
